  • Yogurt

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Place cream cheese and plain yogurt at room temperature in a bowl and gently dissolve.Add the whipped cream and mix well.
STEP 2/7
Add parmesan cheese powder and mix. Add sugar and mix.
STEP 3/7
Beat in eggs one at a time with a whisk.Add the sifted flour and mix.
STEP 4/7
Put the Diget biscuits in a plastic bag and crush them finely using a rolling pin. Add melted butter and mix.
STEP 5/7
Press down on the bottom of the round pan with the melted butter and pour the cheesecake dough into the pan.
STEP 6/7
Pour hot water into oven pan about 1/3 round pan. Place pan in second tier and close oven door.
STEP 7/7
Set to oven function and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 150 degrees and bake for an hour.
