Mushroom broccoli cream sauce risotto

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Season the pork with salt, pepper, and cooking wine. Wash and drain the rice.

Blanch broccoli in boiling water.

Slice the mushrooms and chop the onions, please. Please cut the blanched broccoli into bite-size pieces and prepare minced garlic.
