STEP 1/7
Season the pork with salt, pepper, and cooking wine. Wash and drain the rice.
STEP 2/7
Blanch broccoli in boiling water.
STEP 3/7
Slice the mushrooms and chop the onions, please. Please cut the blanched broccoli into bite-size pieces and prepare minced garlic.
STEP 4/7
In a pan heated over medium heat, stir-fry olive oil and butter, minced garlic and onions for 1-2 minutes. Add pork and stir-fry until meat surface is cooked.
STEP 5/7
Add rice and stir-fry and add 1/2 portion of the broth. Cover the pan and cook the rice. When the water dries and becomes dry, add the rest of the broth again and cook the rice grains. At this time, you have to put the broth as hot as possible so that you can enjoy the taste of risotto's unique hard rice grains.
STEP 6/7
When the broth boils down again, add mushrooms, whipped cream, and white wine and cook. You have to boil the white wine until all the alcohol ingredients are gone so that it doesn't smell like alcohol. When the rice grains are well cooked, simmer until the water is completely dry. Finally, remove from heat and add blanched broccoli and mix well.
STEP 7/7
Lastly, sprinkle Parmesan cheese powder.
