Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Put the sifted powder in a bowl and mix it evenly with instant dry yeast, honey, and salt. Add lukewarm water and milk and knead until slightly dry. (Do not pour all the water from the beginning, but pour it while looking at the dough.) Cover the top with plastic wrap and ferment in a warm place for about 40 minutes.
STEP 2/3
Mix cinnamon powder and starch powder in a bowl, then add honey and mix evenly. Then add the prepared nuts and mix well.
STEP 3/3
When the dough is fermented, apply plenty of cooking oil to your hands, squeeze a handful of dough, and then add a spoonful of hotteok paste to wrap it up. Pour cooking oil into a heated pan and place the dough on top. After 5 to 6 seconds, turn it upside down and press it flat to shape it. Then, bake it until it's golden on both sides.
