STEP 1/7
Heat the pot sufficiently, turn off the heat, and coat it with a rice spoon about 1.5 spoons of oil.
STEP 2/7
Cut the beef into bite-sized cubes and season it with salt, pepper, and refined rice wine.
STEP 3/7
Remove the skin of the potatoes and carrots and cut them into squares.
STEP 4/7
Set the knife up and gently - scratch it off. Shred the neat mushrooms to a moderate thickness
STEP 5/7
After raising it to medium heat, stir-fry the hard ingredients, potatoes and onions.
STEP 6/7
Add the soft onion and meat and stir-fry. When the beef is cooked, add water and continue to boil over medium heat.
STEP 7/7
Add curry and mix it with a spatula. It's going to get thick all of a sudden, right? Then add mushrooms, mix them, and lower them over heat. The mushrooms are cooked enough with just warm heat, so don't boil them for too long.
