  • Walnut

  • Honey

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Mix together the sifted gravitational powder, sugar, salt, baking powder, cranberries and chopped walnuts in a bowl.
STEP 2/6
Mix whipped cream and honey in another bowl.
STEP 3/6
Add whipped cream and honey to flour mixture and mix well with spatula.
STEP 4/6
Sprinkle with extra flour and press the dough to make a rectangle 1.5cm thick.
STEP 5/6
Cut dough into triangular shapes using a knife or spatula.
STEP 6/6
Place dough in baking pan and spread egg mixture evenly. It was baked in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
