Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
I like soft dried radish greens and like to cook quickly, so I boiled them using a pressure rice cooker. Pour enough water to soak the dried radish leaves in a pressure rice cooker and simmer for about 20 minutes. Wash boiled dried radish leaves in cold water 3-4 times.
STEP 2/3
Squeeze the boiled dried radish leaves until it has 30% moisture and cut it into 5cm long pieces. Put dried radish greens and seasonings in a bowl and mix them well.
STEP 3/3
Heat the pan over medium heat, add perilla oil, add dried radish greens, and stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Add 1/3 cup water, cover and steam over low heat for 5 minutes. Lastly, open the lid, stir-fry it without moisture, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
