Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Chop onions, carrots, cabbages, and green onions.
STEP 2/5
Add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 + 1/2 tablespoons of red pepper paste, 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder, 1/2 tablespoon of sugar, and 3 tablespoon of starch syrup to make the sauce.

Pour boiling water in front of and behind the fried tofu. Add mozzarella cheese to fried tofu and tie it tightly with fine green onions.

You can just put ramen in it, but I blanched it slightly in water, mixed a teaspoon of potato starch, and rolled it around two skewers.
