Mini tofu potato balls
This is a mini tofu potato ball that goes well with tofu and potatoes.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Potatoes are boiled and mashed. Put tofu in a cloth and squeeze the water out. Grill bacon slightly in front and back in a pan and chop it into small pieces. Remove seeds from red peppers and chop them finely. Mix tofu, potatoes, red pepper, bacon, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 4 tablespoon of bread crumbs, and 2 tablespoon of potato starch in a bowl. (Spread bread crumbs and potato starch with a spoon.)
STEP 2/4
Make the dough 1.5cm in diameter and round.k.a. round shape.
STEP 3/4
Add oil only about 1/3 of the potato balls. When the oil is hot, add tofu potato balls and fry them. The oil in the pan is too small.
STEP 4/4
If you tilt the pan 30 degrees, the tofu potato balls will fall into the oil and fry deliciously. It saves oil and it's deliciously fried, killing two birds with one stone. And make sure to add garlic. When fried, the sweet smell of garlic stimulates the tip of your nose and makes you swallow.
