  • Grilled pork back ribs

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Grind the back ribs 2 to 3 times in cold water to remove the blood, peel the white skin behind the back ribs, and cut them one by one.
STEP 2/6
Add bay leaf and cooking wine to the back ribs and boil it once, discard the boiled water and put only the back ribs in the pot.
STEP 3/6
Add carrot, potato, onion and marinade (soy sauce 12, oyster sauce 2, cooking wine 5, brown sugar 2, plum juice 2, ginger juice 1, minced garlic 2, sesame oil 1, pepper) and mix well, add 2/3 of marinade and 1 cup of water, cover and cook over medium heat.
STEP 4/6
Mix vegetables and meat in between, and check if it's stuck because there's not enough water.
STEP 5/6
Peel and place cleanly washed prawns, add remaining 1/3 marinade and cook again. You need to divide the sauce so that you can eat braised back ribs with more seasoning.
