Grind the back ribs 2 to 3 times in cold water to remove the blood, peel the white skin behind the back ribs, and cut them one by one.

Add carrot, potato, onion and marinade (soy sauce 12, oyster sauce 2, cooking wine 5, brown sugar 2, plum juice 2, ginger juice 1, minced garlic 2, sesame oil 1, pepper) and mix well, add 2/3 of marinade and 1 cup of water, cover and cook over medium heat.
