Add eggs, vanilla oil, sugar powder, canola oil and honey and mix.

Add the whole wheat flour and soft rice powder that have been sifted in advance, then stir it with a knife, and if you can't see the raw powder, add chocolate chips and mix.

Roll the dough in a plastic bag, rest it in the refrigerator for about an hour, dip it in a cookie mold, place it on a tepro sheet or parchment paper in an oven pan, and bake it for 8-10 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius.
