STEP 1/10
Make cuts on the ribs in the opposite direction. Dip in cold water for half a day to remove the blood.
STEP 2/10
Don't just soak it, but change the water several times, put on rubber gloves and rub it to drain the blood.
STEP 3/10
Add plenty of water to the pot and add 2T of green tea powder + 3T of refined rice wine + 1T of vinegar when it starts to boil.
STEP 4/10
Blanch the blood-removed ribs first.
STEP 5/10
Add radish, onion, green onion, whole garlic, sliced ginger, bay leaf (optional), and pepper (optional) and bring to a boil.
STEP 6/10
When the water starts to boil, blanch it and add the washed ribs with running water.
STEP 7/10
I prepared a king octopus in autumn. It shouldn't smell fishy, so I sprinkled flour and rubbed it to wash it.
STEP 8/10
Cut it into bite-size pieces.
STEP 9/10
Add octopus to galbitang seasoned with soy sauce and salt.
STEP 10/10
I'll add green onions for the Songsongs.
