Cooking Steps

Add 100 grams of hotcake powder, one egg, 1/4 cup milk, and mix well.
STEP 2/4
Cut the Vienna in circles and mix it with the dough.
STEP 3/4
Heat the pan slightly over low heat, cover it with a little oil, spread it out with a kitchen towel, and cook it over low heat with half the dough. When the heat is high, the outside burns quickly, so make sure to cook on low heat.
STEP 4/4
Cook it over low heat and turn it upside down when there is a hole on the top. Flip it over and cook it for about 3 more minutes, and it's done.
