Sweet and chewy chocolate is perfect. It looks more sincere than the plain glutinous rice cake, and the taste is better than the commercial rice cake pie.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Put glutinous rice flour in a large bowl and add water. And mix well with your hands so that the water is evenly mixed into the glutinous rice flour. Then add sugar and mix lightly with your hands again as shown in the third picture. Keep in mind that if you mix it with water and sugar, the rice powder will clump together and it won't work.
STEP 2/8
I used a paper steamer, and if you want to use the steamer at home, you can put cotton or cloth on the bottom. Place the sirloin on a paper sirloin and add the mixed rice flour on top.

When the steam starts to rise in the steamer, place the paper seal on it and steam it for about 30 minutes.

Apply a bit of cooking oil to the sanitary vinyl, then put in the rice cake and pat it with your hands. The rice cake is hot, so it's better to use it after cooling it down a little.

Cut the injeolmi into bite-sized pieces and coat it with soybean paste. When you cut the rice cake, wrap the knife and cut it well.

Please cut the injeolmi into 2cm pieces. Now, I'm going to make fake rice cake pie with injeolmi.

Place the chocolate bowl in a bowl of boiling water and melt in a medium bath. Add the chopped injeolmi to the melted chocolate one at a time and toss back and forth to coat it with chocolate. If you put injeolmi all at once, it will stick to each other, so please add one at a time.

Place silver foil on a plate and place chocolate-covered injeolmi at intervals and freeze slightly in the freezer for 6 minutes. I put up the rainbow decoration at home.
