Boil the shiitake mushroom water hot, add gas obushi, boil the gas obushi for about 10 minutes, and filter out the residue. Cut chives into 4-5cm lengths.

When the soup boils down, turn off the heat, add chives on the stir-fried udon, stir-fry it once, and put it in a bowl.
