Bake bacon in a pan and chop it into small pieces. Chop onions, bell peppers, and peppers into small pieces.

Grease a heated pan and stir-fry onions. When onions are cooked, stir-fry bell peppers, peppers, rice, and salt.

When you're done stir-frying, add ketchup and mix.

Add salt to the egg and beat well.

Grease the pan, pour the egg mixture, add half the cheese, and make an omelet.

Now I'm going to make the sauce. Stir-fry 10g of butter and 1 teaspoon of flour in a pan.

When the color of the flour turns yellow, boil it with 3/4 cups of milk and remaining mozzarella cheese.

Turn off the heat when it boils.

Place rice in a bowl and place cheese omelet on top.
