Steam 3 sweet potatoes and crush them when they are hot.

Add 1C of glutinous rice flour, plenty of black sesame seeds, oligosaccharide and milk to the mashed sweet potatoes to control the concentration.

Place in medium heat oil and fry until cooked to the core and the outside is blurry.

Place sugar and cinnamon powder on a plate when hot in a golden fried doughnut and coat it while rolling.
The glutinous rice powder sold in the market is probably less moist than the one ground from the mill. When you knead, you can adjust the sweetness to your liking, and you can use honey or sugar instead of oligosaccharide. If you make the dough too big, it will eat a lot of oil and won't cook well inside. When frying the dough, if the temperature of the oil is too high, it will look like the color is cooked on the outside and it will not be cooked to the inside, so make sure to fry it over medium heat.
