  • chopped onion

  • crushed garlic

  • caper

  • potato starch

  • Chili sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Tuna takes out the fat. Put tofu in cotton cloth to remove moisture. Put tuna, tofu, egg yolk, 2 tablespoons chopped onion, 1/2 tablespoon chopped garlic, 1 tablespoon chopped caper, and 1 1/2 tablespoon potato starch in a bowl and mix well.

Shape tuna + tofu dough into oval shapes.
STEP 3/5
Coat it with flour.
STEP 4/5
Coat it with egg wash. Coat it with bread crumbs.
STEP 5/5
Pour the oil into the pan and grill the tuna nuggets front and back.
