Seaweed tuna fried rice
It's a unique fried rice that you can make using ingredients at home when you don't have side dishes. It was fried rice with a savory taste of butter and the scent of garlic as it is.

  • canned tuna

  • mushroom

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
First, soak dried seaweed in cold water for more than 30 minutes. Wash the soaked seaweed in cold water, rinse it, squeeze the water, and chop it into small pieces.

Sieve the canned tuna and drain the oil.

Chop the mushrooms and slice the garlic. Please prepare minced garlic and butter..

Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a heated pan over low heat, add sliced garlic and stir-fry slightly. About a minute.

Add 1/2 tablespoon butter, mushrooms and minced garlic, stir-fry over medium heat for about a minute, then add minced seaweed and stir-fry for another minute.

Add remaining 1/2 butter and rice and stir-fry over low heat.

Season with salt and pepper, remove from heat, add tuna and mix well. Stir-fry tuna over heat for a long time and it will taste fishy, so mix quickly and put it on a plate.
