Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Cut tofu jeon into 2cm pieces.
STEP 2/4
Cover with glutinous rice flour and fry with plenty of oil. Remove the fat from the tofu and let it cool.
STEP 3/4
Cut chestnuts and fruits into similar sizes as tofu.
STEP 4/4
Rinse walnuts in water to remove impurities and fry in a dry pan. Mix the sauce ingredients well.
