Clean up the hemp, use the body to fry, gather it with the roots, and grind it finely in a blender. If you grind it without water, it's hard to grind it finely, so I put in honey. Put about half a cup of honey in two handfuls of ginseng root. (If you don't like the sweet taste, you can reduce the amount.)
If you grind ginseng and marinate it in honey and drink it with water or milk, it's really sweet and sour.
