Adjust to the convection function (if it is an oven without convection function, adjust to the normal function) and ferment at 40 to 45 degrees, or at the fermentation function for 2 hours. (In the case of the mister oven, you can adjust it to the middle of Min and 85 degrees as shown in the picture.)
If you stir with a metal material such as stainless steel, the lactic acid bacteria may die and fermentation may not occur.
