Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
I'm going to make the seasoning... Season each of the shiitake mushrooms soaked in pork and shredded. You can season 2/3T of soy sauce, 1ts of brown sugar, 1ts of minced garlic, 1ts of sesame oil, and a little pepper powder in a bowl.. I'm going to fry it separately..I put it separately
STEP 2/7
The glass noodles... The sense of soaking in advance!! If you forgot...You can just boil it, but...You have to boil it for a long time... It's different from boiling it after soaking it beforehand~ If you forgot to let it soak...Soaking in lukewarm water... If I sing it properly...It's best to soak it in cold water for 4 to 5 hours slowly
STEP 3/7
All the ingredients are...Cut it into small pieces. Cut the cucumber into small pieces... The dried shiitake mushrooms were soaked and marinated...You remember, right? I'm going to stir-fry light vegetables first. When you fry vegetables...I didn't season it separately, so add a bit of salt and stir-fry it In the order of the pictures...Stir-fry them separately...
STEP 4/7
Stir-fry dried shiitake mushrooms and pork separately.
STEP 5/7
Soaked glass noodles in boiling water...Boil it for about three minutes It's been fully cooked...Three minutes is enough Boiled glass noodles..Sieve it and let it drain.. Never rinse with cold water!!!
STEP 6/7
The drained glass noodles...Season it with soy sauce 2T, brown sugar 1/2T, sesame oil 1ts frying pan with a bit of oil...I'm going to stir-fry it Don't stir-fry it for too long... Just before the glass noodles become lumps...^^ You have to stir-fry it like this...The liver and color are evenly cut...It becomes japchae that doesn't get soggy
STEP 7/7
Place each stir-fried vegetable and glass noodles in a wide bowl and wait until all ingredients cool enough. You have to season it after it's cooled enough to taste evenly.TIP: When it's hot...No matter how much soy sauce or sesame oil you pour in...The hot glass noodles eat it up.. It's not glossy...It becomes a japchae that doesn't look delicious!!Let it cool enough... Season 2T of soy sauce, 1T of brown sugar, 2T of sesame oil, sesame seeds, and pepper powder!! Depending on how much soy sauce you use...The amount will change little by little... You can taste it and match it. For your information, Bongbal... I use Sampyo's low-salt soy sauce!!
Make a good distinction between T and TS!!
