Cut the potatoes in a very large round shape, and cut the onions and red peppers into large pieces.

Grease a heated pan, stir-fry potatoes and onions, and if you like the onions to be sulky, add them later. If you want the onion to be a seasoning like me, you can put it in from the beginning and stir-fry it.

When the potatoes are half cooked, add anchovy kelp stock and seasonings.

Cook potatoes until they are cooked. To cook well, close the lid and cook.

When the potatoes are cooked to a certain extent, add green onions and sliced red pepper and add sesame oil, sesame seeds, and pepper powder
If there is no broth, add 1 spoonful of the deep green flavor to the equivalent amount of water.
