Melt 1T butter in a pot and stir-fry sliced onions transparently. When the onion is cooked transparently, add 1T of flour and stir-fry it so that it doesn't turn too much color. Boil 150ml of milk, 50ml of water, and 1 chicken stock to complete the white sauce.

First, stir-fry vegetables with a little salt and pepper. Stir-fry rice, ketchup, and oyster sauce. Beat the egg, pour it into a pan, cook it, and then add the fried rice and wrap it well.
