Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Chop all the vegetables for the omurice.
STEP 2/5
Tear mushrooms for white sauce and shred onions.
STEP 3/5
Melt 1T butter in a pot and stir-fry sliced onions transparently. When the onion is cooked transparently, add 1T of flour and stir-fry it so that it doesn't turn too much color. Boil 150ml of milk, 50ml of water, and 1 chicken stock to complete the white sauce.
STEP 4/5
First, stir-fry vegetables with a little salt and pepper. Stir-fry rice, ketchup, and oyster sauce. Beat the egg, pour it into a pan, cook it, and then add the fried rice and wrap it well.

Put omelet rice on a plate and put mushroom white sauce on it and it's done.
