Cooking Steps

Rinse the fresh chives in clean water, drain them, and cut them into bite-size pieces.

Beat in enough eggs.

When the chives are out of breath, turn off the light and it's done!! Adjust the amount of salt and pepper to taste.
You have to stir-fry a little to make the chives chewy and delicious.
