If the scrambled eggs are roughly made, push them to one side of the frying pan, place the chives, add salt and pepper, adjust to medium heat or higher, and stir-fry them at a faster speed than light. When the chives are out of breath, turn off the light and it's done!! Adjust the amount of salt and pepper to taste.
You have to stir-fry a little to make the chives chewy and delicious.
