Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Finely chop the blueberries (don't throw away the blueberry juice from the process of chopping; add the oligosaccharide and blueberry jam to the plain yogurt).
STEP 2/4
Add chopped blueberries and sugar and mix.
STEP 3/4
Whip the whipped cream with milkshake thinness. Combine plain yogurt and blueberry mixture in whipped cream.
STEP 4/4
Place in container and freeze in freezer. Stir with fork once every 3 to 4 hours and repeat freezing about 4 times.
