Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Grind 4 potatoes on a grater and sift them to settle the starch. Pour only the water from the stomach and mix well with the white starch and the drained potato chunks. Then you don't have to mix flour or starch separately to make a clear potato skin

Season the pork.

Finely chop all vegetables, and squeeze the water out of 1/2 of tofu in a cotton cloth.
