  • leek

  • Cooking oil

  • Sesame oil

  • Salt

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Stir tofu thickly and cut it into 2cm wide pieces.
STEP 2/5
Prepare a slightly sour cabbage kimchi, shake off the filling, and cut it into 3cm long pieces.
STEP 3/5
Wash the green onions and cut them long and sideways.
STEP 4/5
Cover a heated pan with cooking oil, put cabbage kimchi on the floor, and put tofu and green onions on it.
STEP 5/5
Sprinkle sesame oil, salt, and pepper on 4 and pour a large amount of water to the edge of the pan to boil the tofu to the point where the kimchi soup is soaked.
