STEP 1/16
Marinate chicken breast in milk and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Soak it in milk (about 30 minutes) and rinse it in running water and cut it into usable sizes.

I'm going to make a spicy chicken tender. I marinated it in a different sauce. Mix Worcester sauce (2Ts) and hot sauce (3Ts).

Put the sliced chicken breast in here and marinate it for 30 minutes. I cut the chicken breast by laying the knife horizontally and cutting it to make it easy to eat. It's big enough for morning bread. If you put it in a large hamburger bread, you can just lay a knife horizontally and cut it.

Take out the marinated chicken breast and coat it with flour -> eggs -> bread crumbs.

I didn't eat it right away, so I put it in the freezer like this way and put it in the freezer. When you put it in the freezer, I think it's good to put it so that it doesn't stick to each other. That way, it's convenient to take out a lump and use it.

I took it out two days later and baked it in the oven. Place the parchment paper on top of the tender and spray the oil with an oil spray (if you don't have an oil spray, you can just apply it as a brush) and flip it over and never once. Spray it and bake it in a preheated 190 degree oven for 10-15 minutes. You can take it out in the middle and flip it over.

Now prepare the vegetables for the morning bread chicken burger. It's very convenient to put lettuce in a vegetable dehydrator and wash it and drain it.

Mix all the sauce for the burger together (3ts of mayonnaise, 2ts of mustard, 1ts of whole grain, 2ts of condensed milk) and that's it

You can just slice the tomatoes. I peeled it and put it in.

Cut onions (1/4) into circles and soak in cold water to remove the spiciness.

I'm preparing a morning bread Lay the knife down and cut it in half as shown in the picture.

And spread the sauce for the burger about 1ts each. Apply it to both the bottom and top.

Place dehydrated lettuce on sauteed bread, top with pickles and cheese on top of pickles.
STEP 15/16
Add well-cooked chicken tenders in the oven, and top with tomatoes.
STEP 16/16
Put the onion in cold water to remove the spiciness with a kitchen towel and put it on top. Then, cover the top and you're done
