Add 1 piece of chicken breast, 2tol of garlic, 10 whole pepper, 3 green onion roots, half a slice of radish, and 5C water and bring to a boil. If you don't have green onion roots, just buy green onion and trim it, wash the green onion roots clean, dry them, and store them in the freezer to make broth.
STEP 2/7
Cut 2 handfuls of soaked seaweed into bite-size pieces, make broth, and tear one side of the chicken breast.

Lastly, season with anchovy sauce. I'm good at seasoning with anchovy sauce. Even when making radish soup, should I say that it's cleaner and clearer with anchovy sauce??? Season to taste with thick salt, soy sauce, or anchovy sauce like me.
