  • crushed garlic

  • caper

  • potato starch
    1.5TS
  • Flour
  • Eggs
  • bread crumbs
  • Salt
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Tuna takes out the fat. Put tofu in cotton cloth to remove moisture. Put tuna, tofu, egg yolk, 2 tablespoons chopped onion, 1/2 tablespoon chopped garlic, 1 tablespoon chopped caper, and 1 1/2 tablespoon potato starch in a bowl and mix well.
STEP 2/6
Shape tuna + tofu dough into oval shapes.
STEP 3/6
Coat it with flour. (The dough is not hard. Lightly coat with flour and egg water.)
STEP 4/6
Coat it with egg wash.
STEP 5/6
Coat it with bread crumbs.
STEP 6/6
Pour the oil into the pan and grill the tuna nuggets front and back. If you eat a fully cooked tuna nugget with chili sauce, you can enjoy it even more. Put a lot of chili sauce on the tuna nugget and take a bite. Okay.
