When the dough is done, add milk and mix it well, then add raisins and mix it evenly. Put parchment paper in a cup, add the dough to about two-thirds of the cup, put it in a steamer, and steam it for about 30 minutes.
Adjust the toughness of the dough while moderately adding or subtracting milk. If the dough is too hard, the muffin will harden, so it will come out smoothly when it flows a little.
