Ingredients
  • Banana

  • Soft flour
    130g
  • Baking powder
    3g
  • Sugar
    60g
  • Butter
    60g
  • Eggs
    1ea
  • Milk
    30g
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
First, prepare all the ingredients. It's convenient to prepare all at once. Butter (60g), sugar (60g), milk (30g), and 1 egg. I added flour and baking powder right away First, beat butter (60g) with a whisk to cream and mix sugar (60g) twice.
STEP 2/13
When the sugar is completely mixed, add the beaten egg (one) in 3 to 4 times. If you put all the eggs in at once, the egg and butter separate and become soft like soft tofu. And you have to divide the eggs to form a layer of air between the butter and make a soft muffin.
STEP 3/13
It looks like a mixture of eggs.. It's very pretty mixed with butter
STEP 4/13
When the eggs are completely mixed, add milk (30g) and butter roughly, then sift the flour (130g) and baking powder (3g) and set up a spatula to make sure there is no raw flour. (If you mix it for a long time, gluten is formed, so if you beat it too much, the muffin will not fluffy and chewy.)
STEP 5/13
A banana that turned black! I bought it and left it in the refrigerator.. The flesh isn't too soft, but the outer skin, as you can see..It turned black.
STEP 6/13
Put the crushed banana into the batter and mix it well. That's it
STEP 7/13
It's a completed dough^^ Can you see the bananas?
STEP 8/13
Then prepare a piping bag and add the batter If you put the piping bag on the cup like the picture on the left, it's easy to put the dough. And don't make a hole in the front, but put it in a cup with only one side open If you make a hole that comes out of the dough in advance, the dough will leak out of the cup. I'm going to put it in a banana mold, so I put it in a piping bag If you just use a muffin frame, you don't have to use a piping bag. You can scoop it up with ice cream scoop or spoon.
STEP 9/13
This is a banana-shaped frame. Actually, it's my first time using it after I bought it. When baking in a mold like this, you don't put parchment paper on it, so you have to butter it to make it fall off well after baking it.
STEP 10/13
When you're done putting the dough in the piping bag, make a hole enough to make the dough come out like in the picture on the left. (Cut with scissors~) And when you squeeze the dough and stop, you can put it upside down like in the picture on the right.
STEP 11/13
Brush the banana mold with butter and put 80% of the batter If you put in a little more than I put in, you'll meet a chubby banana bread-shaped muffin and make a mistake.
STEP 12/13
And I baked the remaining dough in a mini muffin mold It's just one bite size, so it's cuter and easier to eat. It's almost the size of chocolate parchment paper. If you put the dough in this way, bake it in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 10 to 15 minutes looking at the color. If the top part is dark, cover it with foil. All the mini muffin and banana-shaped frames are thin at the bottom, so I put another cookie pan underneath and baked them.
STEP 13/13
Muffins in a baked banana mold+_+ didn't swell as much as I thought.
As I said before, you can add enough batter^^ Turn over immediately after removing from the oven and cool in a cooling net.
