It's souffle omelet brunch. I made an omelet by foaming an egg, and it's as soft and nice as bread

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
1 egg and 1 tablespoon sugar
STEP 2/9
Separate the egg whites from the yolk.
STEP 3/9
Use a hand mixer to make a glossy meringue.I'll put the eggs in the middle two or three times.
STEP 4/9
When the meringue is fully cooked, add the egg yolk and mix quickly.
STEP 5/9
Heat the frying pan slightly and apply cooking oil
STEP 6/9
Spread the meringue evenly and cook it over low heat
STEP 7/9
Fold it in half and cook it for a second.
STEP 8/9
It's a mini bagel to eat together.Spread cream cheese and blueberry jam.
STEP 9/9
Place souffle omelette on a plate and sprinkle lightly with sugar powder.
