STEP 1/4
Put all ingredients except butter in a baking machine and turn them into a dough course, and when the dough is lumped together, add butter. STEP 2/4
Make it long as shown in the picture with the remaining dough, not the dough divided into 60g. Fill 60g dough with filling.(Red beans or chocolate rat jam) Roll the turtle shell dough properly and cover the dough with milk. Spread sugar on the back skin and make a slight cut.
