Blanch shiitake mushrooms slightly in boiling water and rinse them in cold water to remove moisture. (About three shiitake mushrooms are shaped like a cross, and shiitake mushroom columns are good for re-souping.)

Trim chives, wash them, chop them into small pieces, remove the top of the red pepper, wash them, and chop them into small pieces. Peel the onion and garlic and chop them into small pieces. Put it in a steaming steamer and steam it. Add the amount of seasoning ingredients and mix them evenly. Return steamed shiitake mushrooms to a plate and serve with chives sauce.
