Making Tonkatsu Salad
It's a pork cutlet salad. I feel full even if I eat this instead of rice.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
It's kkongdu pork cutlet seasoned meat.
STEP 2/6
Cut the seasoned pork cutlet into bite-sized pieces with scissors, spray the dried bread crumbs with water, and coat them evenly. If the bread crumbs are too dry, the bread crumbs burn a lot when frying.
STEP 3/6
Pour enough oil into a mini frying pan to cover 1-2cm. I'll fry it. It's better to save as much oil as possible when frying at home. It's hard to clean up afterwards.. Fries with bread crumbs are hard to recycle more than once. Put it in a fine sieve and use it one more time, soak it in a tissue or put it in a plastic pack, seal it, and throw it away in general waste.
STEP 4/6
I prepared mustard sauce. 1/8th side of onion medium, 2 tablespoons mustard sauce, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon sugar, 2 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon parsley powder, and a little pepper in a mini blender and turn it around.
STEP 5/6
Soak romaine and lettuce in cold water and drain thoroughly with a salad spinner.

Put it on a plate and put the sauce on it right before you eat it's done!
