Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Wash the chubby potatoes and prepare them I'm going to grill the skin and eat it, so wash it very clean.
STEP 2/3
Cut the potatoes into thin slices. If you put chopsticks on the bottom and cut it, it's good that the bottom doesn't cut.
STEP 3/3
If you cut it well, apply oil and butter in between. Bake it for 40 minutes in an oven at 200 degrees, but it's not fully cooked, so I baked it for another 40 minutes at 180 degrees. I thought it was going to burn, so I covered it with foil and sprinkled parsley after baking it.
