  • Potato
  • Broccoli
  • onion
  • Water
    3cup
  • Soy sauce
    3spoon
  • ground pepper
  • Honey
    1spoon
  • sesame salt
  • Sesame oil
  • black garlic juice
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut potatoes, onions, and broccoli into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/6
Add 3 cups of water, soy sauce 3, pepper, honey 1, sesame salt, sesame oil and potatoes.
STEP 3/6
You can keep boiling the soup until the potatoes are half-cooked.
STEP 4/6
When the potatoes are cooked and the soup is boiled down, add the black garlic extract. (If you don't have it, you don't have to.)
STEP 5/6
Add the onion and continue to cook.
STEP 6/6
When the soup boils down, add broccoli and mix.
