STEP 1/5
First, prepare the ingredients to go in. I used the sausage after blanching it in boiling water and removing some impurities. If you boil it in boiling water, you can peel off the skin of the sausage. If the skin of the sausage is tough, boil it slightly in boiling water and peel it off right away while it's hot. (But it doesn't come off easily when it's cold.) If you don't have sausage, you can add pork You don't have to put it in. And chop the onions (1/4) and just take out the shrimp at room temperature.
STEP 2/5
First, put a little oil on the pan and stir-fry the sliced onions (1/4) until the color is translucent, then stir-fry shrimp, then add sausage and stir-fry slightly. Add half of the yakisoba sauce and stir-fry slightly with the ingredients. That way, the ingredients will be soaked in the sauce and it's delicious.
STEP 3/5
After stir-frying it, add the yakisoba noodles. You don't have to boil it separately. Just put it in the pan and stir-fry the remaining half of the yakisoba sauce. If you just use chopsticks to loosen it up, it'll unravel right away. You can stir-fry the noodles until it's slightly hard.
