STEP 1/4
Whip 2 egg whites to make a glossy meringue. First, mix the egg whites and add 50 sugar little by little to make a solid meringue.

Place the hardened meringue in a piping bag and insert a round tip like this.

Turn the circle around 3 times, and then squeeze the edge 2 more layers to make it look like a bowl. Bake the convection oven at 100 degrees and dry for about an hour. It may seem a little soft at first, but when it cools down, a hard cookie will be completed.
STEP 4/4
Whip the whipped cream with a hand mixer, squeeze it into a piping bag, and decorate it with raspberries and mint leaves. Slice the bananas diagonally around the edges and stick them together.
I just picked a banana for a quick bite, but when you use it for a party, sprinkle lemon juice on it. That way, it doesn't change color quickly.
