Mash the bananas finely using a fork.

Make a hard-horned meringue with two-thirds of the sugar in the whites.
STEP 3/6
Add all remaining sugar to the yolk and beat until smooth.
STEP 4/6
Mix the beaten yolk in the meringue, then add the sifted flour and gently mix with a spatula.
STEP 5/6
Add mashed banana and oil and mix.
STEP 6/6
Pour it into a mold and bake it in an oven at 170-180 for 25 minutes.
