Place at room temperature to gently dissolve the softened butter, then add white and brown sugar and stir with a hand mixer to cream. When creamy, add eggs one at a time and mix well each time.

When the dough is complete, scoop one full with a table spoon and pan it. I got a lot of 1TS and did a rounding and panning. Put it in an oven preheated to 185 and bake it for 13 to 14 minutes. Bake for about 7 minutes in the middle, press lightly with a spatula, then add again and finish baking.
