I was thinking about what kind of bread to make and how to make it delicious for my family. Curry bread that I often made before. I changed the recipe and added onions. That's how curry onion bread was born.

Cooking Steps

Chop the onions into small pieces and fry them in a frying pan. At this time, do not add oil and stir-fry the onions until they are transparent.

Mix the strong flour and curry garnish well. Measure out salt, sugar, and yeast and pour milk.

When the dough is well lumped, add butter and knead again to form gluten. Then add the stir-fried onions and knead until the dough and onion are lumped together.

When the dough is finished, make a circle and start the first fermentation. Ferment, regardless of time, until 2 to 2.5 times the volume.

Divide the dough into 4 pieces (=132g) and smooth the surface. And do the bench time (=intermediate fermentation) for about 15 minutes.
STEP 6/8
Press the dough after the bench time using chopsticks.
STEP 7/8
Use chopsticks horizontally and vertically. If you press it down in the shape of a cross, the plastic surgery is done.
STEP 8/8
Place the mold in the pan at an appropriate interval and ferment it for a second time. If it is twice as swollen as when molded, bake it in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
