    15piece
  • Water
    1cup
  • Cheongju
  • Soy sauce
    1/4cup
  • plum extract
  • Sugar
    2T
  • grape seed oil
    1T
  • ginger liquor
    1t
  • Starch syrup
    1~1.5T
  • Sesame oil
  • Sesame
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
It's a cute little potato. First, wash it thoroughly.
STEP 2/5
I washed it with cold water four to five times. Then, just in case, put in 3 cups of water and start boiling, boil it for about 5 minutes, and then throw away the water. Prepare 15tol of garlic while boiling. It's fresh garlic that I bought a while ago. The color is so pretty.
STEP 3/5
Put the ingredients for the sauce in a pot and cook. When it starts to boil, don't forget to control the heat over medium-low heat. Add starch syrup, sesame seeds, and sesame oil later. (If you put garlic in from the beginning like me, it gets lumpy. Please put it in about 10 minutes later.)
STEP 4/5
It started to boil, so I boiled it for 10 to 15 minutes while controlling the heat. Lastly, add starch syrup, sesame oil, and sesame oil, and boil it down a little more, and turn off the heat.
STEP 5/5
It's glossy and chewy, and it's a delicious braised egg potato. It's a seasonal ingredient, so I think it'll be a healthier side dish.
