How to make chicken ball

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Add 3 tablespoons of milk and 4 tablespoons of bread crumbs and mix.
STEP 2/6
Chop the chicken breast into small pieces. Combine chopped chicken breast, milk + bread crumbs, 1 tablespoon potato starch, salt and pepper in a bowl.
STEP 3/6
They make chicken breasts a little bigger than the size of a coin.
STEP 4/6
Put chicken meatballs in a heated pan and grill them front and back.
STEP 5/6
Boil 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp wusta sauce, 2 tbsp starch syrup, 1 tbsp plum syrup (or brown sugar), 1 tbsp of ketchup, 1 tbsp hot sauce, 2 tbsp of red wine (or just alcohol), instant coffee - 2/3 tbsp of water. When it boils up, place the baked meatballs and cook over low heat with a lid on it.
STEP 6/6
If half of the sauce is left, put it on high heat and cook until 1/3 of the sauce is ready. Turn the meatball upside down once in a while so that the front and back seasonings are soaked.
