Remove butter to room temperature beforehand. The apple oligo cereal I used was sweet, so I added a little sugar. Add more sugar if you are just using a non-sweet cereal. Then add sugar to the butter and mix.

When the dough is lumped together, let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then, take out a spoon of rice and press it with chopsticks to make it flat and bake it in the oven. Bake the oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes. The oven has a different time depending on the performance, so watch as the cookies bake.
