You can remove the skin easily by making a cross-shaped cut and then blanching it slightly in boiling water.

When you boil pasta noodles, use water 7 to 8 times the amount of pasta noodles. Add a lot of salt, olive oil, and boil the noodles ~ Don't put the lid on!!! Stir the noodles so that they don't stick together. Put the boiled noodles on a sieve and drain the water. Coat the noodles with olive oil.

Blanch the cherry tomatoes slightly and remove the skin, and divide the big ones into two equal parts. Chop the onions, slice the garlic into pieces, then shred it and prepare. Remove the roots of spinach and prepare by cutting it into large pieces about 5cm long.

Cover a heated pan with olive oil and stir-fry the garlic. When garlic is cut, add onions and stir-fry until onions are clear and add tomatoes. Next, add spinach, stir-fry spinach until it is breathless, and season with pepper and salt.

When all the vegetables are fried, add the spaghetti noodles coated with olive oil and stir-fry slightly. If you think it's too bland, add more salt ~ And if you put it in a bowl, that's it
To see if the noodles are cooked well, look at the section. It looks about a third less ripe? When there's a seam in the middle, the noodles are all boiled.
