Cooking Steps

Bring the noodles to a boil in boiling water.
STEP 2/5
Add noodles and pour cold water when the white foam boils. And when the white foam boils up, pour cold water. If you pour cold water twice, it'll be more chewy. Set the cooking time for a total of 4 minutes. (It may vary from noodle to noodle.)

Rinse evenly in cold water.
